The AQLF Benefit Show is part music, part comedy, & all very queertastic. The music line-up includes local favorites KenJ, Lucas Miré & the legendary Bucky Motter, plus keyboard wizards Andy Ditzler & Guyton Maurice, & the debut of Julia Carroll & Amy Lashley's new band, Without a Net. The comedy line-up includes the host of Comedy Night at Eddie's, Alyssa Barnett-Schott, plus newly resurrected heroes Mindy Dawn Friedman & Vivian Alford, & the king of catty, Sanders Hulsey. Taken together, this dirty dozen is the very best in GLBTQ entertainment that Atlanta has to offer. Proceeds from the show will support the 4th Annual Atlanta Queer Literary Festival, bringing amazing queer literature & performance to you for free every October.
Tickets for this unique fundraising event on Thursday, August 12th, are already on sale through the Eddie's Attic website. Advanced tickets are $12, $15 at the door, & it costs $60 to reserve a table for 4. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show begins at 7:00pm.
